What tools do you setup for me?
We use proven platforms like Jobber (for job management, invoicing, payments, and dispatch), Google Business Profile (to make your phone ring), and modern website/branding tools. Everything is configured, tested, and handed over so you can run smoothly from day one.
Do I need to be "tech-savvy" to run this?
Not at all. Part of the package includes staff training and a playbook written in plain English. If you can send a text or check email, you’ll be able to use your new systems. And if you need help later, our team is available on a monthly retainer.
Will you help me get customers?
Yes. Your package includes initial marketing setup: Google Business Profile, automated review system, and a starter PPC campaign to get jobs coming in. Ongoing marketing campaigns (ads, SEO, review growth) are part of our Growth Retainer.
How long does it take to get everything live?
Most Business-in-a-Box clients are fully launched in 90 days or less. Your website, booking, invoicing, and marketing systems are all tested and running before you hit the ground.
How much does it cost?
We have two plans: Standard and Flex. Standard has a $7,500 setup fee and then a final $7,500 payment upon completion of the project. Flex has a $5,000 setup fee and then pays $1,250 per month for 12 months.
